Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (JDs, screening, coordination).
  • Coordinate all interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Maintain the ATS and core employee files.
Employee Relations & Administration
  • Handle employee queries on policies and benefits.
  • Draft all official HR correspondence (offers, certificates).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Performance & Training
  • Support the Performance Management System (PMS) and appraisal process.
  • Identify and coordinate staff training and development programs.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Process accurate and timely payroll inputs.
  • Administer employee benefits (insurance, leaves).
  • Assist in salary surveys and bench marking.
HR Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date physical and digital HR databases/files.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual **HR reports and dashboards**.
  • Support projects for HR efficiency and employee engagement.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

The interested candidates are required to obey all the requirements discussed below.

  • Qualification: All candidates are required to have bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field from a recognise university. Candidates having MBA/MPA or relevant master degree in HR will be preferred.
  • Experience: All applicants are required to have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources. Candidates with more experience will be given preferred.
  • Skills: All applicants are required to have strong Interpersonal and Communications Skills, having understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices. Applicants are required to have proficiency in MS Office and HR management Systems, ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work collaborative with teams.
